Based on Precision Metal Fabrication reputation for precision, quality, and timely delivery, a customer in the fiber optic industry recently contracted us for a metal ceiling chamber fabrication project. This chamber helps disperse heat and is used as a guard around fiber optic lasers.

Based on customer-supplied specifications, as well as a 2D CAD Drawing, we welded, formed, and punched Inconel into parts with precise measurements of 37.000" long x 23.875" wide x 2.375" high, and within tightness tolerances of ±0.005". We used our state of the art laser cutting, press brake, and TIG welding equipment to create 5 chambers per month. Each chamber was finished with a bright polishing and delivered within 8 weeks to our customer in Dayton, Ohio.
