Founded in 1984, Precision Metal Fabrication (PMF) began as a veteran-owned business with a few employees and only 4000 square feet of manufacturing space. As the industry evolved and expanded over the years and requests for larger and heavier weldments began coming in, we increased our facility space and formed Weldments, Inc. to fulfill changing customer needs.

Our Fabrication Capabilities & Services

At Weldments, Inc., our dedicated team is fully committed to taking projects from initial drawing or blueprint to final fabrication. Armed with experienced employees and extensive fabrication equipment, we accommodate project requests for parts with widths up to 10–15 feet, various thicknesses of sheet and plate, with weights up to 15,000 pounds.

Our facility is fully equipped to handle all your fabrication needs. Our full list of equipment includes:

This equipment enables us to offer a wide range of fabrication services, including drilling, welding (MIG, TIG, arc, and resistance welding), saw cutting, and flame cutting. We also provide a variety of value-added services, such as stress relieving, Blanchard grinding, milling, and machining.

For these customers, among others, we process aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel in a variety of forms, including angles, bars, beams, channels, plates, sheets, tubing, and more. Examples of typical parts and components we produce include aluminum foundry furnace casings, oil separation equipment, pump bases and frames, separating machines, and sifter machines.

Our team is open to helping with almost any fabrication project. From initial contact to delivery of a finished solution, we aim to fully satisfy the needs of the customer with quality products and services.

Once we receive a drawing, blueprint, or concept, we’ll quickly take into account the project specs, determine the cost of materials and labor, and generate and return a quote with pricing and lead time details. After receiving customer confirmation and acceptance, we then proceed to fabricate the part or component as outlined by the drawing and instructions and deliver it to the customer within the projected timeline.
